Shipping policy

To have an item shipped, we require your name, address, phone number, and email address.  

Currently, we offer free shipping to US locations on all purchases over $150.00 from our online store. For international orders, shipping will be calculated based on your selected carrier.  Free shipping is not currently available for international orders.

Your order will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1 business day*. Customers will receive an email with their order status and tracking information.

If you have a return that needs shipping, return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of refund or store credit you receive.  For complete instructions on returning an item, please read our Refund Policy.
